St. Joe Names Williams New Baseball Head Coach 07-11-08

Chris Williams has been hired to replace Kenny Wolfe as the head baseball coach at St. Joe.  Williams played baseball at Lakeside (where he also coached later) and collegiate at Ouachita Baptist.  Wolfe spent the past 5 seasons as head coach of the Irish, leading them to 5 district titles, 5 state playoff appearances, and 3 appearances in the state finals (winning the 2005 1A state championship).  Wolfe is leaving coaching to be closer to his family in Columbus.
