Sherry Nelson started her broadcasting career with Bahakel Communications in 1977 spinning country music records for WABG Radio.  That started the wheel that later moved her into the exciting world of television. The early eighties invited Sherry to news reporting and weather anchoring. She was the main weather anchor for WABG for nearly a decade.  The nineties opened up the avenue of sales and eventually sales management.  She has been serving as General Manager since mid 2004.  Sherry says, "It is truly a blessing to be able to manage the station where I started my career and especially in the community where I grew up.  That is a rare opportunity."
