Pam Chatman came to work for WABG in January 1998 as an assignment manager. In 2000, she was promoted to News Director. With this promotion, Pam became Mississippi’s first African American Female News Director. Pam lives in Shaw Mississippi and spends her spare time mentoring women and teenage girls.
