The Bluepring Mississippi Road Show was held today at the Washington County Convention Center.
Blueprint Mississippi is a statewide initiative for developing an plan for economic growth across the state. The Road Show allows is a time for residents and community leaders to provide ideas and feed back on the Blueprint Mississippi process.
A combination of the MEC, the Mississippi Economic Council, Momentum Mississippi, and the Mississippi Partnership for Economic Development, coming together raising 2.5 million in all private sector dollars to conduct a foundational research project in order to have a new economic plan in place for the new governor and the new legislature
The road show will stop in 20 communities throughout the state.
